The Bouquet Hub and Exquisite X Roses ("we," "us") operate flower delivery services with locations at 20th Ave, 19 Saint Marks Ave, and 51 Brighton 1st Pl, along with an online store at thebouquetshub.com.

Information We Collect

Order information: name, delivery address, phone number, and payment details when you place an order through our website or delivery partners (DoorDash, Uber Eats).

Instagram messages: if you send us a direct message on Instagram (@the_bouquet_hub), we receive the message content and your Instagram user ID in order to respond to you.

How We Use Your Information

To fulfill and deliver your orders.

To respond to customer service inquiries, including automated replies to common Instagram DM questions (e.g., delivery areas, how to order). Message text may be processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic) solely to generate a reply — it is not used to train any model and is not sold or shared for advertising.

For complaints, order issues, or anything requiring personal attention, a team member follows up directly; automated replies do not make final decisions on refunds, disputes, or order changes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate (payment processing, delivery partners, Instagram/Meta's messaging platform, and Anthropic for generating DM replies).

Data Retention

Order information is retained as required for business and tax records. Instagram message content is not permanently stored by our automated systems beyond what's needed to avoid duplicate replies.
